Solar Photovoltaic (PV) power plants have become popular, especially in regions with high solar irradiance. However, integrating new power PV plants into the existing power grids needs thorough investigation from different aspects, such as load flow, short-circuit analysis, and power quality. Therefore, a comprehensive study of the impacts of integrating new PV plants into power grids should be accomplished before a PV power plant is allowed to be connected to power grids. In this webinar, some measures for integrating PV power plants, such as power quality, voltage profile, etc. will be discussed.
