Presenting an overview of fuel cell and DC-AC power conversion technologies and applications. Specifics related to the 1.4MW fuel cell at UB andthe campus’ microgrid will be described. 10h Annual Brian O’Connell Lecture Series

From CCSU: Please join us for the 10h Annual Brian O’Connell Lecture Series on April 12th at Central CT State University. Drs. Michael and Susan Anderson from the University of Hartford will speak on “Machine Ethics: Ensuring Ethical Behavior from Autonomous systems” and Dr. Wendell Wallach from Yale University will speak on "How to keep AI from slipping beyond our control". (Please see attached for additional information on our Presenters). Two student scholarships will be awarded to students who are majoring in Computer Science and Philosophy at the University. This free event is supported by the Brian O’Connell Fund and will be held in the Constitution Room located on the second floor of Memorial Hall at 3pm. Light desserts and refreshments will be served. Parking is available in the Vance Parking Garage and parking information can be found on: www.ccsu/parking. Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 dollars to celebrate the 10th year anniversary in honor of Brian.
